This book was published in both the United States and the United Kingdom at different branches of Polity Press. The publication date of this book was in 2013 and is copyrighted by the author Adam Morton. This book covers Morton's own extensive research of the connection of human emotions and imagination. It discusses in depth the way humans develop emotions through imagined scenarios and images in their heads. As Morton simply states in the book "Imagination shapes emotion." (Morton, 207) Emotion only comes from the things we see and create in our minds. It is a philosophical approach to what humans can or can not control emotionally.
